How we can work together.
Four ways to get the evaluation you need, delivered at the speed and in the format that either proves impact or helps your programme work better.
Whether it's a signature initiative that can't afford to fail quietly, a pilot that might be stalling, a case that has to survive a board or a funder, or a tender still being drafted, there's an entry point built for it below. These four are starting points: every programme is different, so treat what follows as a sense of scope. The actual engagement gets shaped around what you need, delivered at the quality and the speed it calls for.
Full Impact Evaluation
For programme managers running a technology or AI-driven initiative in education or sport who need more than an adoption number. I build a bespoke evaluation around your specific programme, drawing on established academic frameworks and validated instruments, then adapt them to what a real classroom or training ground can put into practice.
Alongside the numbers, I run a mix of qualitative methods suited to what's being measured, then use AI directly on that material to do in days what would otherwise take weeks. What comes out is evidence of real behavioural and psychological change, checked against a proper baseline, that your leadership, funders, and the people running the programme can all act on. It starts with a conversation about your programme's size and timeline, then a fixed-scope proposal built to match.

Built for a programme that's already live, or already stalling, where something feels off and nobody can quite say what. I work with whatever's already being collected, plus a short round of targeted data collection where the record is thin, and check it against the four places a rollout usually breaks: the technology itself, how people were trained on it, the mentoring or support around it, and the culture that either backs adoption or quietly resists it.
The output names which one, or which combination, is the problem, specific enough to act on before the pilot's over. This is the lowest-commitment way to start working together; most relationships with ThinkerBox begin here. Send over what you're seeing, and scope and timeline follow from there.

For anyone sitting on evidence, their own or ThinkerBox's, who has to put something credible in front of a board, a minister, or a funder, and knows "we ran a cohort" won't hold up under real questions.
I take the data as it stands and run it through the kind of scrutiny it'll face in that room: what result holds up on its own, where the sample or the method leaves a gap a sharp funder will spot, and what's missing that would strengthen the case. What comes back is a presentation built around what survives that pass.

For funding-scheme managers and agencies across the EU, Ireland and the US drafting a call or tender, and for the organisations preparing to bid into one, on a scheme that will eventually have to survive its own audit.
I design the measurement and evaluation framework directly into the call itself: the indicators, the data collection points, the evaluation timeline, before the programme starts running, so audits and reporting requirements are already accounted for once the call goes out. I also put together a capability statement you can attach to your own bids. The earlier this happens in the drafting process, the more it can shape the tender or the bid, ideally before the call issues at all.
